In response to DZ's & JZ's requests for opposing the Govt's Educational Masterplan, NAAKL has expressed its eventual full support!
Nonetheless the ultimate objective of this transformation is to erode the already established Chinese education & the eventual demolition of its existence.
The Chinese education has long been established with its inset mother tongue & the root must not be forsaken.
The Educational Masterplan is basically a Malay Education emphasis. The immensely increased periods in Malay subjects have forced the Chinese subjects to be invariably reduced comparatively. As a result it affects the existing quality of the primary education.
To the Chinese community, it's not an anticipation but rather a series of past encounters that have happened in the past which have undermined its development & policy.
It's this type of implication that gradually eats into our Chinese educational policy & the obstruction it brings about in the future development.
We hereby strongly urge all the Chinese Community to be united, forget about the past differences, to protect our mutual interest for the sake of our Chinese education.
Regarding the Remove Classes, we also urge the Govt to be more vigilant in exercising its rights towards a good teaching quality & uphold the National Language.
Last but not least, NAAKL also reminds its members not to forget to spread the news as well as to render your full support towards DZ & JZ for the signature petitions.

Singapore has two remaining dragon kilns, run by Thow Kwang Industry and Focus Ceramic Services, have had their tenancies extented by every 3 years over the next 9 years.
The kilns, which are used to produce earthenware, were brought to Singapore by Chinese immigrants.
When the ceramic industry was in its heyday in the 1940s to 1970s, there were more than 20 dragon kilns in the country.
The extension of the 2 remaining kilns came about as a result of the support from the Singapore National Heritage Board.
Singapore National Heritage Boards' Group Director (Policy), Mr. Alvin Tan, said: " These dragon kilns are of artistic value, because firstly, they are used by the local artists to provide a kind of a unique glaze to their works, and secondly, dragon kiln pottery is actually a unique aspect of Singapore's pottery heritage "
